Established in 2017 we are a team of four (4) dedicated carpenters.

Excelling at finish carpentry installations

  • Basic millwork (single piece baseboard and casing)

  • All types of cabinet installations (scribes on filler boards are standard, amongst many other details)

  • Door and hardware installation

  • Complex millwork (stacked base, casing, crown, etc.)

  • Historical replication

  • Contemporary and curved assemblies (if your build calls for a wall covering shadow bead, we can install and detail pre-drywall)

  • Wall details (wainscoting)

  • Ceiling details (false beamed, coffered, bulkhead inlays, etc.)

  • Railings and all things stairs

Lets be honest - punch lists aren’t fun, but even the best managed projects can end up with a list of to-dos. As carpenters we are suited to handle most tasks associated with a punch list.

We take the miscellaneous tasks off of your plate so that you can focus on the bigger picture

  • Pre drywall adjustments (bracing for mechanicals, blocking for cabinets and the like) *If we are your framers, we will do this as a standard*

  • End of project punch lists (non-mechanical fixtures - hooks, bars and the like) *Talk to us about your punch list and we will do our best to accommodate*

  • Post construction tasks (picture hanging, warranty recalls)

Framing elevated or passive house builds

  • Passive house builds!

Invested in building science, our standard build exceeds code for thermal, air, vapor and water management. We are eager to work on projects that incorporate passive house ideology and assemblies.

  • Single production custom homes

  • Home additions/alterations

  • Interior remodel framing

  • Exterior decks and the like (we can take this start to finish and are even tooled for bending composite decking)

Processes are keys to success. Onsite - the tools we use, the ways in which we use them, organization/set up and order of operations, can all be broken down into separate processes that form a holistic approach. Optimizing processes is at the core of delivering a consistently high quality product. Back-end processes that involve scheduling, communication and financials are key to holding a timeline, staying on budget and delivering an ideal product.

At the same time, we are privy to every projects uniqueness. Being accommodating to change, adjusting to environments and bringing realistic positivity, are all key factor to successful projects and healthy relationships.

A shortened list of our Tangible Goals

  • Gain an intimate understanding of plan sets and assemblies prior to job start, look for nuance details and discuss with builder prior to project start.

  • Clarify project tolerances and gain unified understanding of project expectations, prior to project start. Address questions or concerns efficiently and thoroughly.

  • Break project timeline down into daily checkpoints, use this to communicate schedule updates with builder, specifically if a project is running behind.

  • Clean and organize work area at end of day, prep for following day. The builders client may not recognize clean work during the building process, but everyone recognizes a clean workspace.
